Plans and Stages are InSched's mechanism for tracking a patient's journey through the practice. Originally developed for the Inform & Enhance CRM integration, this system ensures that appropriate follow-up actions are taken at each step.
Combining Patient Records
Over time, duplicate patient records can accumulate in the system. InSched provides a Combine Patients feature that merges duplicate records while preserving all associated data.
